Helsinki west metro – blasting hard rock and perceptions


Tero Palmu has a background of road engineering, but he has been involved in dozens of construction projects- motorways, bridges, harbours and tunnels. Currently he is responsible for leading the construction of tunnels and track in the largest infrastructure project in Finland- The West Metro.



Reinhard Wagner

Reinhard Wagner is for more than 30 years active in the field of project related leadership in such diverse sectors as Air Defence, Automotive Engineering, Machinery and various Not-for-profit organizations. As Certified Projects Director (IPMA Level A), he proved to be experienced in managing projects, programmes and project portfolios in a complex and dynamic context.


Timothy Jaques

Mr. Jaques is leader in his own right, serving on several volunteer boards and operating as an organizational leader for many years. As a serial entrepreneur, Tim has started and sold several companies. He currently leads HighWire Projects, a locally-owned, globally-marketed product development firm. Mr. Jaques is Vice President of the International Project Management Association, United States Member Association. He is also the IPMA Global Product Development Team Leader.
